CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We at Beanz Global.com want you to have a convenient shopping experience with us.

You may request for a replacement/refund within 7 days of delivery, so long as it is unworn, unwashed, without stains, undamaged and with all original tags & packaging intact.

Some general points for replacement cases:

  1. You need a different size than what you ordered.
  2. We try to make every effort to display the product colors as accurately as possible on our website, but color of the products displayed on your monitor may vary with the actual product depending on your monitor's resolution.
  3. It’s a request to contact us and define the issue before shipping back to us. Please make sure to return all the contents of the product as was delivered to you.
  4. We will process your replacement/exchange within seven business days after receipt of the returned package.

 

Refund:

Refund will be processed after the formal request from the customer and release the amount on or before twenty one working days.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will create a cancellation request.
  • Amount would be refunded as per our return policy. Your money would be refunded to you in a maximum of 21 working days via your original method of payment
